Park Hills Civic Association Update It’s the most wonderful time of year! Park Hills turns into a magical city on Sunday, December 10 with our annual Christmas in the Park. The luminary lined streets are aglow with warm candlelight and the sound of horse hooves and sleigh bells fill the air. You and your family can reserve a carriage ride for $8 per person (children 2 and under are free) by going to www.phcahub.org beginning November 26. Stop by Trolley Park to visit with Santa and enjoy some hot chocolate and cookies.
