Description
The historic preservation committee works to gather, record, and communicate Park Hills’ history so it is readily available to the community. The committee also:
- Assists residents with historic restoration of properties.
- Offers guidance about obtaining historic tax credits.
- Works with other public organizations to obtain grants for maintenance or restoration of historic structures inn the city.
- Researches and recommends legislation to council regarding historic tax credits.
Upcoming Meetings
The historic preservation committee meets at 7:00 PM on the Thursday after the city Business Meeting, at the city building.
