Description
The personnel committee:

  • Works to ensure that personnel policies are fair, legal, and appropriate for Park Hills.

  • Verifies that policies are up-to-date, available to all employees, and fairly and uniformly applied.

  • Reviews ordinances, practices, and policies to make sure all are consistent.

  • Recommends new policies and procedures.
